We like to invite clients to our salons so students experience a real salon environment with time constraints ,work health and safety and communication skills. This photo was our Pamper Day where we invited Mum’s of students to attend the college and they received a Facial, Hair Treatment, Blow dry and make up. It is a very successful day as the students have to communicate with the Client the Make up Artist in a professional way at all times.
How often do the students get to practice on real models like that?
ReplyDeleteHi Frida, Students practice on each other once a fortnight, or nearly weekly sometimes. Otherwise the students practice on real clients once at every 10 weeks.
